Portraiture--From Life Study to Conceptualization, Memory, and Imagination (Paul Davis)
Fri., July 10 (Arrive for 7pm meeting - Saturday, July 18, noon.

This course has two synergistic goals:
1. The development of strong observational skills, working directly from the model. All the important issues such as: proportion, anatomy,plane structure, light logic, ect...will be addressed. 1/2 day drawing

2. Then, in the afternoon session, working from memory and imagination will broaden your potential as an artist and directly strengthen your ability to draw from life. Paul will demonstrate specific techniques designed to develop these skills. 1/2 day drawing and painting with black white and grey acrylic on board.
